Many credit unions across the country are experiencing a recent and significant increase in card fraud. Telesis Community Credit Union has also been affected and we have identified some fraudulent transactions conducted in the state of Florida.

As the Credit Union remains diligent about protecting members from fraudulent losses, we have elected to temporarily block debit (signature based) transactions in the state of Florida. This block is expected to be placed for a few days as we conclude our investigation. In the meantime, members may continue to use their debit card for PIN-based transactions.

Protect yourself from unauthorized charges by closely monitoring your account(s) via MySource online banking and Call-24 and double-checking your monthly statements to ensure they match your records. If you suspect that any activity on your account is unauthorized, please notify us immediately by calling (800) 895-8328 or by visiting one of our branch locations.
